How to fill in the template

Headline: who did what, in under about 100 characters.
Dateline: your city, AP-style state abbreviation and date (rules).
First paragraph: the whole story in two or three sentences.
Details: numbers and facts a reporter would ask for.
Quote: a real person, with a real opinion.
About: reuse the same boilerplate on every release.
